1) Exchange of experience and learning through good practice in the field of HR, cooperation with schools and strategies for sufficient generational change in soc. services 2) Development of competences of HR professionals in the field of personnel work, career counseling in the framework of cooperation with schools, with employees who are professionals in the social field 3) Development of cooperation at the local and international level in transferring examples of good practice.
The Silesian Diaconia provides social services(112) and services in the social field. It employs 1000 staff. The organization is working on setting up processes in the field of personnel work in response to the need to acquire and retain employees and to the need to strengthen the status of professions in the social area with an overlap in the quality of services provided. The project responds to the pan-European challenge of recruiting and retaining employees in the social sector.
