For the implementation of the project, we defined three main goals. The first goal focused on acquiring new professional skills in the respective fields of study, as well as learning new work procedures and materials. The second goal focused on developing key competences necessary for running craft businesses. The third goal focused on developing language competences that participants need for successfully running a business in an international environment.
Our school is unique in its focus on artistic crafts. We decided to implement the project in order to raise the level of students’ professional and practical training, to bring new experiences, work and technological procedures into the school, to get acquainted with new materials, and to learn about running craft businesses in the context of a different cultural and economic environment.
