The aim of the project was to deepen the professional and key competencies of students in the area of practical gardening skills, strengthen knowledge, skills and attitudes in the area of ecology and sustainability, gain inspiration for modern teaching methods, including the wider use of English professional terminology, and enhance cooperation among horticultural institutions.
The project responds to the school's need to improve the quality of students' vocational training and teachers' professional development. It is based on employers' requirements for graduates who master modern, sustainable and ecological approaches in horticultural practice. It is necessary to innovate the teaching of vocational, language and general subjects and integrate new methods with an emphasis on interdisciplinarity. International cooperation contributes significantly to this.
