By implementing the project, we aimed to incorporate current trends into our teaching, making the school more attractive to current and future students. The project focused on electromobility and digital technologies in automotive practice. Participation of students and teachers in companies developed their social, civic, and language competencies. We aimed to increase graduates' employability, boost interest in technical education among future students, and make the school more attractive.
Our school is the largest vocational secondary school in the South Bohemian Region, offering education in engineering, automotive, and transportation fields. We educate about 1700 students in programs ending with a school-leaving exam, apprenticeship certificate, and higher vocational education. We collaborate with institutions and employers across the Czech Republic and are members of platforms improving technical education. We also provide student training directly in companies.
