The aim was to develop students’ vocational skills through practical experience in EU companies, improve their English and boost their confidence in communication. We also wanted to strengthen their awareness of European identity and enable them to learn modern technologies, working methods and European values in a real-life setting.
Střední škola, Jablunkov is a small vocational school focused on technical fields. The project addressed the need to modernise teaching, strengthen students’ vocational and language skills, and improve their readiness for the European labour market. It also marked the school’s first step towards international cooperation and a more European approach to education.
