Objectives

To strengthen the digitalization of teaching, support inclusion and respect for diversity, find new approaches for at weak students, and improve the work with students with specific learning disabilities and from various cultures. The internships supported the professional growth of students, improved their English skills and professional competencies, and increased their self-confidence and competitiveness.

Background

This project responds to the needs of SPŠP-COP Zlín and the demands of the labor market. The aim was to strengthen the digitalization of education, support inclusion and equality in classrooms, and find new methods for working with at-risk students (job shadowing). For students in technical fields, it was crucial to develop professional skills and improve communication in English, especially in the area of technical terminology. Teachers of specialised subjects needed to improve their English.
