1. Student mobility (outgoing) To give our students the opportunity to study or intern abroad and purposefully build professional and personal competences for careers in film, television and multimedia. By immersing them in international production and teaching environments, we aim to strengthen their ability to communicate, collaborate and empathize across cultures so they can thrive in multicultural teams. Exposure to distinctive and fast‑evolving industry practices abroad will broaden their technical repertoire and deep cultural experience will enhance their social, cultural and civic awareness. All the while, priority will be given to the inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities and low-carbon and other green practices will be encouraged. 2. Student mobility (incoming/reciprocity) To offer students from partner institutions equivalent opportunities at our school—through study periods or internships—so they benefit from our curricula, facilities and industry links, and so our classrooms gain from diverse perspectives and co‑creation with international peers. 3. Staff mobility (academic and administrative) To carry out staff teaching and training mobilities with partner institutions and enterprises in order to benchmark and adopt current industry practices and pedagogical trends, expand our international professional network, and translate these insights into concrete improvements in teaching, student support and cooperation with the audiovisual sector. 4. Institutional development, modernization and innovation To leverage mobility as a driver of internationalization—strengthening processes, partnerships and (digital) practices—so that our school’s programmes, student services and industry collaboration remain current, inclusive and outward‑looking, and are aligned with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education standards and Erasmus+ priorities.
