Objectives

The Erasmus mobility project No. 2023-1-CZ01-KA131-HED-000112979 aimed to support international education and professional development of individuals through study stays, internships and practical training abroad. Some of the main objectives of the Erasmus+ mobility project implementation through the Call 2023 project were: Intercultural understanding: Within the project, one of the important components was to strengthen intercultural understanding and dialogue between students, teachers and staff from different countries. Language and professional skills: The Erasmus mobility project supported the development of language skills of participants, as they find themselves in real communication situations in a foreign environment. Employability: Participation in an Erasmus mobility project can positively affect the employability of individuals. The international experience and intercultural skills they acquire are attractive to employers, as they indicate the ability to adapt to a new environment, work in an international team and bring new perspectives and ideas. Professional and personal development: The Erasmus mobility project contributed to the personal and professional growth of the participants. The aim of this project was to implement a total of 49 mobilities according to the grant agreement. A total of 67 mobilities were implemented, which exceeded the originally planned number by a total of 18 mobilities. Out of the total number of 67 mobilities, 26 mobilities were implemented for the purpose of study (SMS), 12 mobilities for the purpose of work placement (SMT), 3 mobilities for the purpose of employee training (STA) and 26 mobilities for the purpose of employee training (STT). The significant increase in the number of employee mobilities for the purpose of professional training was a result of the prepared accreditation of the new study program in doctoral studies, when the university employees shared knowledge and participated in training and seminars with colleagues from partner universities and scientific institutes, and subsequently the university submitted an application to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for the accreditation of this new program. An equally important focus and goal of the project was to acquire new partners for the implementation of new project activities, especially Erasmus projects for the calls KA220-VET - Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training (KA220-VET) and KA220-HED - Cooperation partnership in higher education (KA220-HED). In both of these calls, the Pan-European University found partner schools and cooperative partners, such as Chambers of Commerce, Scientific Institutes and small and medium-sized enterprises, with whom it eventually cooperated in submitting project applications.
