The general aim of the presented project was to contribute to the deepening of internationalisation, which is one of the pillars of the modernisation of the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (AAAD). The internationalisation strategy of AAAD follows from the its Strategic Plan for the period 2021+ . Student and staff mobility is one of the ways to get closer to achieving this goal. It promotes education without borders and helps to overcome geographical, religious, linguistic, cultural and other barriers. At AAAD, the main share of international mobility comes from the Erasmus+ programme, which we have been involved in since 1998. In recent years, the number of work placements of students and graduates has equaled the number of mobilites for study. This is certainly a positive trend in terms of the future employability of our graduates. Our students including the doctoral ones also take an advantage of short-term mobilities as well as blended intensive programs. In addition to student mobility, we also support teacher and other staff mobility within the framework of Erasmus+ program. We strive to transfer international experience and examples of good practice to the pedagogical and other activities of the school at all levels.
