The aim of the project, as in previous years, was to support recent university graduates and students in their transition from academic studies to the labor market. The project primarily targeted participants from a wide range of disciplines, including economics, public administration, management, cultural management, international relations, humanities and social sciences, law, finance, journalism, political science, economic policy, tourism, architecture, information technology, and various artistic fields such as theatre, film, audiovisual production, animation, documentary filmmaking, photography, cinematography, screenwriting, and sound production. Through the consortium, students and graduates had the opportunity to access a wide range of internships in relevant professional sectors across Europe. These placements were carefully selected to match their academic backgrounds and career aspirations, enabling them to gain practical experience, deepen professional skills, and connect theoretical knowledge with practice. The main objective of the project was to enhance participants’ employability and facilitate their entry into the labor market. The project also delivered broader benefits – it promoted cross-cultural understanding, strengthened European cooperation, and contributed to the exchange of innovative practices between host institutions and participants.
