In implementing the Erasmus+ 2023 project, AVU strives to always keep in mind the priorities of the program and promote them from the lowest levels of project management to the highest strategic decisions: digitization, sustainability, participation, and inclusion. AVU sets the main objectives of the project as follows: To improve the quality of education provided by our university to students and employees. The means to achieve this goal are: - knowledge exchange, - introduction of innovative teaching methods at AVU. A secondary goal is to increase language skills. Increase the internationalization of AVU within partner higher education institutions and expand the network of contacts abroad, not only within universities but also with institutions from other sectors. The main goal is to facilitate the mobility of students, teachers, and employees, thus creating opportunities for intercultural learning, understanding, and the development of global competencies. In cooperation with companies and institutions, we want to improve the skills of students or recent graduates and gain competencies and an overview of the latest developments in their fields. The means to achieve this are: - increasing the number of international agreements and deepening existing cooperation. - increased mobility and expansion of internship opportunities. - support for students' professional development and employment in the labor market.
