Objectives

As part of the implementation of the Erasmus+ KA131 project at our university, we set several key goals aimed at enhancing international collaboration, improving the quality of teaching, and supporting the mobility of students and academic staff. Specifically, we focused on the following areas: 1. Supporting student and staff mobility: Our goal was to enable students and academic staff to participate in study stays, internships, and teaching activities abroad. By doing so, we aimed to enrich their academic experiences, foster intercultural understanding, and enhance their professional and language skills. 2. Improving the quality of teaching and research: Through the project implementation, we sought to enhance the quality of teaching at our university by exchanging best practices, pedagogical approaches, methods, and materials with partner institutions abroad. Additionally, we aimed to expand opportunities for international research collaboration and the sharing of research outcomes. 3. Developing institutional cooperation: The project also aimed to strengthen long-term relationships and cooperation with European and international universities and organizations. In doing so, we intended to increase the prestige of our university and contribute to innovative educational and research activities. 4. Supporting the professional development of students and graduates: In addition to academic and research activities, a key focus was on the professional development of students, particularly through internships and work opportunities within the mobility framework. Our goal was to better prepare students for the global job market and expand their professional networks. 5. Enhancing campus internationalization: The project implementation aimed to enrich the academic environment at our university by introducing new cultural and linguistic perspectives. We want our university to become an attractive place for students and academics from around the world. Through these steps, we sought not only to contribute to the development of our institution but also to promote European integration and cooperation in the fields of education and research.
