By implementing this project, Škoda Auto vysoká škola (Škoda Auto University) aimed to strengthen its internationalisation strategy by promoting high-quality mobility for students and staff. Our objective was to provide participants with valuable international experience that enhances their academic, professional, and personal development. For students, we sought to improve employability and practical skills through study exchanges and international traineeships, particularly in line with our university’s strong focus on linking education with real-world industry experience. For academic and administrative staff, the project provided opportunities to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and develop professionally in an international context, contributing to the overall improvement of teaching and institutional capacity. At an institutional level, this project supported our commitment to fostering strategic partnerships, developing joint activities with European partners, and aligning with the goals of the European Education Area. Ultimately, our goal was to enhance the quality of education, expand international cooperation, and strengthen Škoda Auto University’s position within the global academic community.
