In the first year of our Erasmus+ accreditation, we aimed to strengthen our organization's ability to provide impactful and accessible educational opportunities. We organized five international activities (youth worker mobilities), all designed to meet the objectives set out in our accreditation plan. Our main objectives were: 1. To contribute to the development and creation of high-quality, accessible educational opportunities, including digital ones. 2. To foster a positive attitude towards activism, youth participation, active citizenship, entrepreneurship and creating dialogue. 3. To share, exchange and transfer modern-age educational methods and topics amongst youth workers and youth organisations. 4. To advocate and foster EU values amongst youth workers and youth. 5. To become a more sustainable, professional and expanding organization. We wanted to implement this project consisting of multiple activities because it allowed us to plan our goals long-term, knowing that we can plan activities also for the following years. This ensures we can build on our activities sustainably and with more confidence. It also makes our organization more secure, enabling staff to commit to projects without concerns about short-term funding. We could achieve our objectives thanks to the benefits that Erasmus+ accreditation gives: Simplifying the grant application process, saving time and resources, and allowing us to focus more on making a greater educational impact and better dissemination of results. Creating a balanced activities distribution by alleviating deadline stress, allowing us to plan projects based on our goals rather than just rushing to meet deadlines. Professionalizing our international projects by providing the certainty needed to hire long-term staff. This leads to higher-quality outcomes and enhances our organization's capacity to support our workers. Overall, what we wanted to achieve was to operate with more structure, sustainability, and quality, ensuring our high-quality activities within the project align closely with our mission and long-term goals.
