We want to achieve the ability of deep listening, communication with oneself and the environment. The main shift is taking place within each of us. It is actually in our spiritual plane. It is about relating to yourself and the world and communicating with the world and yourself. Only when we can see well and clearly what we have within ourselves, only then can we perceive the world without perceiving it through our projections and traumas. How will this be achieved? By invitations to various forms of self-expression. This is the unifying element of all the techniques offered within this activity: Within the activity, the participants will be offered a number of techniques, as an offer of the possibility of self-diagnosis - they will be invited to look within themselves to be able to bring what they find into matter. The goal is to start being able to communicate with yourself and thereby heal and strengthen yourself. Diversity of expression and communication techniques will be offered to take place - mainly silence, voice, dance, music, spoken or written word, drawing. It can therefore be said that with this project we are focusing on three main aspects that we want to achieve. The first is to increase young people's awareness of their own resources, which will translate into deeper self-awareness, self-expression and emotional balance. Strengthening these attitudes will result in more effective resilience and readiness to face life's changes and challenges. Emotional balance is the overall key to being able to face all these situations as a society. In addition, young people's greater self-awareness and capacity for authentic self-expression will help them understand other (young) people more as they are, including their stories, values, shortcomings and needs. And thus they will be able to support each other even more in their own communities. The second essential aspect is deepening and imparting the tools of quality (verbal) communication (Community Building Seminar according to Scott Peck). The goal is to learn how to communicate openly, authentically, with respect, and how to accept mutual differences. By following the guidelines of communication, young people learn to achieve understanding, acceptance and a very deep connection with the people in the group, and above all with themselves. Awareness of communication and internal mechanisms will make it possible to limit the projection of one's own emotions onto others and even better notice and support their values and needs. The third essential aspect that we aim for is the development of young people with the help of the natural environment in the educational informal process. By using nature in the practices of knowing oneself and one's own resources, enabling a true connection with nature and supporting the search for one's own inner harmony in it, wherever they are. The long-term goal is therefore to strengthen self-awareness, self-expression, self-confidence, self-knowledge, authentic communication leading to acceptance of mutual differences and connecting with nature and drawing from it. All of this is intended not only for young people, but also for group leaders and thus for potential future youth workers. The partners themselves from the partner organizations will also learn more about these topics and will thus spread among youth workers. Specifically from the point of view of youth work practice and organizations, we want to achieve by implementing this project, and our goals of the project are: - Improving collaboration, flow and efficiency, making real teams happen - Improving the vision of one's talents, gifts, one's role and honoring their values in oneself and in everyone in organizations / teams / communities - Increasing people's engagement because they not only know, but also feel seen and heard, as they are - Team members and entire teams take responsibility more efficiently and reliably, and they are more creative and solution-oriented - Conflict resolution in organizations / teams / communities is approached with genuine creativity and depth - Members are already aware of what is going on at deep levels (hidden issues, core themes, old traumas) in themselves and others - Promoting openness, honesty, humanity and humility - Increasing joy at work and in relationships
