The project "Democracy Is Our Right - DIOR" was created to connect youth from different circumstances. It's an inclusive project, for that there will be included youth with lower opportunities, educational obstacles and social obstacles as well as youth without any of the obstacles to show, that everybody can work and act together. Our projects are all inclusive ones, because we work with youth from all of those backgounds - we don't exclude anyone and for that our projects are always focused on inclusion. Through several activities in the field of informal education (as outdoor education, art therapy, sportive teamwork activities) the youth will be motivated to act not just in their own private life, but in the public field as well. They also will learn how to use modern technologies, how to get integrated in teams, how to cooperate and increase their solidarity, teamwork skills, accpetance and tolerance. Inclusion, integration, tolerance and future chances are the strongest aspects of this project. This projects meets the aims of the Erasmus+ KA152 activity in its goals. The project language will be English. This will improve the English skills of each of the particpants in reading, speaking and writing. The aims and objectives of the project are: - to improve solidarity and integration (teamwork activities, helping one another, improving relationships) - to connect young people with different circumstances in life and coming from different countries - to improve the communication skills (foreign language, mother language) - to enhance creativity, innovation and to release the artistic disposition of each participant - to improve technological skills to build friendships without barriers and borders - to improve the intercultural and interfaith dialogue and to improve mobility of people with special needs - to break prejudices and discrimination - to learn to know new cultures and traditions and increase cultural awareness - to enhance enterpreneurship - to to promote equitiy, social cohesion and active citizenship - to increase each one's European awareness - to support inclusion of youth with special needs - to ensure equal chances to all young people due to fulfil the EU's aspiration to be united in diversity. It's concentrated on the cooperation of several groups of young people, youth with lower opportunities and special needs and people across the cultures. We want to break the barriers and to improve inclusion by solidarity, creativity, informal education and supporting one another. All of the participants will have the chance to learn more about the lifestyle, culture and individual abilities from each other. All of them will be integrated in the project's team and will have the chance to discuss about his/her feelings and wishes. Friendships will be built and differences will get lost. There will be created presentations during the youth exchange, made photos and short videos. All of them will be published on the websites / social network profiles of each partner. All of the participants will learn one from each other. Traditions will be presented and culture will be brought nearer to each other. The youth will learn about global problems, how to cooperate in the groups and strengthen their teamwork skills. They learn to make compromises, to support one another, to use IT in a senseful way and to think about their future. And mainly they get some experiences for their future professional life. The youth will have to think about how we can influence the future world, society and make our planet a better place. Besides of this activities there will be used further ways of non-formal education as e.g. Art therapy, outdoor education and educational trips. The participants will be involved in all of the activities and be responsible for several parts of it. At the end of the project week there will be organised an exhibition of the outcomes for the public and after the project the organisations will be presented also in all of our partner countries.
