This project was supporting social integration of youth representatives from the rural areas, intercultural and non-formal education, cooperation and communication in a foreign languages. During their stay, the young representatives were richly contributed to the European idea of solidarity, inclusion, diversity and cooperationand at the same time have gained and applied a wide range of experiences in social life, in the languages and culture of their own and other European countries /Czech Republic, Portugal and Italy. We can say the participation of all youngsters from the involved organizations were very beneficial not just for them as representatives but for the whole organizations and wider community of their rural areas. The objectives of the "Creative Rural Hub" project were : social integration intercultural and informal as well as non-formal education tolerance empowerement and self confidence solidarity cooperation environmental friendly practices communication in a foreign language developing new competencies By diversity of non-formal education methods and artistic ways of expression were given an eye-opening expericences of intercultural gathering and cooperation. We believe that after this project all young participants are willing to "educate" their rural communities by sharing their strong experiences. All of the partner organizations were from the similar rural areas, similar sizes, similar backrounds. This kind of international project is great opportunity to motivate youth workers as well as young participants to stimulate new ideas and be more active as people within our societies. It has helped us to develop our youth work practices to better meet the needs of rural youth, motivate us to develop our skills of coordination and facilitation of the projects, to continue in our professional development , to motivate more young adults to volunteer or participate in different ways to support work with youth (capacity building of youth workers). We have realized how important and how great possibility is to support them by courses, exchanges and study opportunities offered within the programme Erasmus+.
