Quality and innovation of youth workInclusion of marginalised young people

Objectives

To create a functional international partnership of several representatives of NGOs and public institutions (working for the benefit of youth with fewer opportunities), to promote interdisciplinary cooperation also at local level. To train the staff involved in the topics "Fighting Disinformation", "Human trafficking", "Street mediation" and thus improve the quality of services provided to children and youth by these trained staff. To disseminate and share the knowledge and good practice gained to the wider professional community.

Background

The project responded to the needs of its target groups working for and supporting youth with fewer opportunities, i.e. streetworkers and staff of cooperating state institutions, i.e.: - the need for continuous development, up-to-date education, training, and identification and sharing of good practice - the need (and necessity) to adapt to changes and challenges in society. - the need to establish or deepen interdisciplinary cooperation and strengthen trust between the non-governmental and public sectors - the need to deepen language skills and competences, to prevent burnout syndrome
