Objectives

Overall, the Frankfurt School implemented this project with the aim of promoting international mobility and cooperation in education, while at the same time supporting the personal and academic development of students and staff. The intended impact can be summarized as follows: Strengthening the international dimension of study programmes and partnerships – The project fostered the internationalization of curricula and enhanced cooperation with partner universities. Both students and staff were given the opportunity to gain valuable experience abroad and to establish international networks. Enhancing intercultural competences – Periods of study and work abroad helped participants expand their intercultural skills, increase their understanding of different cultures, and better prepare for an increasingly globalized labour market. Promoting independence and responsibility – By engaging in mobility activities, participants were encouraged to develop greater self-reliance and personal responsibility, both of which are key competences for their future professional careers. Strengthening European cooperation and identity – Participation in the Erasmus+ programme intensified collaboration and exchange between Frankfurt School and its Erasmus partners. At the same time, it contributed to raising participants’ awareness of Europe and fostering their sense of identity as EU citizens.
