In a globalized and digitized world, intercultural skills, multilingualism, and international cooperation are of intrinsic importance. Educational institutions are faced with the task of preparing learners and professionals to operate successfully in a European and international context. At the same time, the labor market demands flexible, independent, and socially responsible individuals who can navigate different cultural and professional environments. Against this backdrop, the Erasmus program offers the opportunity to broaden our students' horizons through mobility and international cooperation, to improve the quality of education, and to actively live the European ideal. Objectives With the Erasmus Project 2023, EHL aims to promote international cooperation at an institutional level and support the personal, linguistic, and professional development of participants. Specifically, the project aims to: 1. Strengthen intercultural competence in order to deepen understanding of other cultures, ways of life, and working methods. 2. Language skills are expanded to better prepare participants for European education and labor markets. 3. Professional qualifications are improved by learning about and trying out new learning and working methods abroad. 4. Personal development is promoted, e.g. through greater self-confidence, personal responsibility, and problem-solving skills. 5. The EHL is developed institutionally by expanding networks and strengthening its European profile. 6. Long-term partnerships between European institutions are established to ensure exchange and cooperation beyond the project period.
