Times of crises and challenges show us what is really important and help us to master life. For mobilities in the framework of Erasmus and worldwide the project start in summer 2023 was still challenging but the rising numbers of planned mobilities let us hope to come back to more movements. Step by step we all had to come back to more direct communication and to trusting relationships inside the European-wide Erasmus-community. The high expectations and hopes we had when the project has started have been fulfilled nearly: to increase the numbers of mobilities, to deepen the cooperations again, to create common European study programs and work closer together to let hear our voice for Europe especially for the youth which is carrying our future. During the 2nd part of the project-duration we could recognize a positive development: the demand for students and staff mobilities has clearly grown the number of realized mobilities is again more and more rising. At Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society we hope to continue successfully all European cooperations, to create additional double-degree-programs together with our European partners and to integrate the obligation of mobilities as often as possible in all regular study programs, following consequently our internationalization strategy
