Erasmus+ is an essential component in achieving the goals that the university has set itself in the policy paper on internationalisation in teaching and learning adopted by the Senate. Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences has used Erasmus+ funding for the mobility of students, lecturers and staff as well as for strategic cooperation with selected partner universities in the various fields of internationalisation: - Increasing mobility (target group-orientated and focused) - Internationalisation of teaching content (in cooperation with selected partner universities) - Internationalisation@Home - Expansion of internationalised study structures (degree programmes, study modules, double degrees in cooperation with selected partner universities) - Teaching intercultural skills (e.g. foreign language and cultural concept) - Establishing, expanding and consolidating international networks (with partner universities) These activities promote values such as tolerance and openness and the university contributes to a modern, cosmopolitan society as well as to the formation of a European identity and awareness of Europe's diversity.
