For our university internationalization is one of the most important goals and crucial for all. This goal has different dimensions which have to be taken in mind: a cutural and a personal one for all particpants of the university´s life. The staff must be willing to accept and support this ongoing process. The institution must provide an internationally compatible academic calendar, a good level of bilingualism, a fair and easy exchange of services for students and the development of new international degree programs.
