The Erasmus programme, in particular individual student mobility, is an important pillar in supporting the internationalisation of TU Hamburg, which is one of its founding principles alongside research priority, interdisciplinarity and innovation. The aim of the 2023 project was to stabilise and, if possible, increase numbers of Erasmus mobilities at our institution compared to those of previous years, and, in so doing, to enable as many of our students as possible to gain valuable experience in other European countries, which will support them in attaining key skills and expand their horizons.
