The aim of the project was to make international exchange, continuing education, and professional development opportunities for staff mobility more flexible and enable them, as well as to strengthen international relationships between free, inclusive educational institutions and networks. Since we applied for the 2023 project exclusively to fund staff mobility, the focus within staff mobility was again on mid-level academic staff in order to improve the international relationships of individual employees and thus also the institution. Through international exchange, valuable insights into artistic practice, as well as into respective curricula and new partners, were gained and/or new areas of collaboration were identified. This has subsequently had a strengthening effect on student exchange possibilities.
