With implementing the Erasmus+ project the THGA aims to achieve the goals defined in the internationalization strategy. The objective is to give students an authentic insight into foreign working and living environments. This is achieve directly through student exchange. The mobile students have a full experience of living abroad and can give their experience to others to build. During the mobility they also improve their linguistic, technical and intercultural skills. By participating in language trainings and staff mobilities the employees' foreign skills are improved. These can then be used directly to communicate with international students. This increases the satisfaction of employees and students and facilitates the integration of student into everyday study life.
