The three central aspects of the University of Konstanz's internationalisation strategy are 1- the internationalisation of the campus in studies & teaching, in the provision of information services and the modernisation and digitalisation of administrative processes, 2- diverse options for international mobilityboth in Europe and in partner countries and 3- the preparation of students for a European-global labour market. The orizontal priorities of the Erasmus+ Generation 2021-2027 inclusion, sustainability, digitalisation and social participation shape the implementation of this project and require the introduction of innovative, sustainable and resilient strategies for the management of mobility measures, which fit in very well with important developments at the University of Konstanz. The Erasmus+ programme is the most important funding instrument for this in the European - and increasingly also in extra European - context: more than 75% of mobile students make use of the opportunities for studying abroad and internships abroad. In the reporting period, around 235 European partners offered exchange places for students from all 13 faculties. The University of Konstanz can offer students in all three study cycles a wide range of exchange options - and endeavours to enable all suitable students to spend a period abroad.
