1.A key objective is to ensure the overall satisfaction of the participants during their Erasmus+ mobility. This applies both to their personal and academic experience abroad and to the administrative and advisory support provided by KOOR. In order to meet this goal, we placed great emphasis on a user-friendly, transparent, and service-oriented implementation of the scholarship processes. This includes, for example, clear information structures, digital application procedures, reliable accessibility, short processing times, and individual support in case of questions or challenges. In addition, special focus is placed on target-group-specific support, such as guidance during the internship search, preparatory measures like intercultural training, or language support. These measures are designed to make the mobility not only administratively smooth but also personally enriching and educationally valuable. 2.Another strategic goal is to position KOOR as a reliable and competent partner for all consortium members. By centralizing administrative tasks related to the scholarship allocation at KOOR, consortium partners can be significantly relieved of these burdens. Furthermore, KOOR serves as a central interface between the consortium members, the National Agency, and the European Commission. In this role, we support the consortiums in implementing complex digitalization requirements (e.g., as part of the Erasmus Without Paper initiative), in complying with regulatory guidelines, and in putting into practice fundamental decisions made at the European level. KOOR deliberately takes on a moderating and coordinating function, contributing to the professionalization and standardization of processes across the entire consortium. 3. Another goal of the project is to enhance the visibility, attractiveness, and relevance of the Erasmus+ programme, thereby ensuring consistently high participation rates over the long term. KOOR is actively engaged in communicating the programme’s opportunities, through targeted information events and digital information offerings. In addition to standard scholarship administration, the extended advisory and support services offered include tailored services, such as: • Individual counseling in the search for internships and application processes both in Germany and abroad • Assistance with legal and organizational matters (e.g., insurance, visas, residence permits, etc.) • Intercultural preparation courses and webinars • Language support for languages not covered by the OLS platform • Fostering peer exchange and networking among students – for instance, through the KOOR experience report platform, where former participants share their experiences, offering valuable insights for future Erasmus+ students These accompanying measures are intended not only to enhance the individual success of mobility experiences but also to generate a positive external impact, helping to position Erasmus+ as an attractive and impactful funding opportunity – particularly for students who have little prior experience abroad or who come from structurally disadvantaged backgrounds.
