Objectives

Education and training are key areas that support young people in their personal and professional development. High-quality, inclusive education and training, as well as informal and non-formal learning, ultimately provide all program participants with the qualifications and skills they need to participate meaningfully in democratic society, to develop intercultural understanding, and to make a successful transition into the labor market. More than ever, access to education is an essential prerequisite for ensuring a rapid recovery from crises while promoting equal opportunities for all. By focusing on students with fewer opportunities and providing additional support in the form of top-up grants, equal opportunities and equal access, inclusion, diversity, and fairness are promoted in all program activities. The focus is on the organizations and people with fewer opportunities themselves, and against this backdrop, we provide them with mechanisms and resources within the framework of the program. Participation in the Erasmus+ program gives our university the opportunity to promote international exchange in the form of mobility in line with our internationalization strategy. This contributes to deepening cooperation with partner universities. With the implementation of this project, we have increased the internationality of our university and made our campus more international. Participation in the Erasmus+ program gives our university the opportunity to promote international exchange in the form of mobility in line with our internationalization strategy. This helps to deepen cooperation with partner universities. By implementing this project, we have increased the internationality of our university, made our campus more international, and enabled our students to gain additional intercultural experience—either through their own stays abroad, through the integration of incoming students, through guest lectures by scientists from our partner universities, or through joint international projects (BIPs). We are learning to pay attention to the qualitative impact of the program and are contributing to the development of inclusive and coherent societies that are environmentally friendly and equipped for the digital age. With Erasmus+, our students and university members are better equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required in an increasingly mobile, multicultural, and digital society undergoing dynamic change.
