The University of the Bundeswehr Munich is an institution specialised in educating future officers. In order to meet future challenges and requirements of future officers' job profiles, the university developed study programmes with mobility windows and built international networks, especially by using the Erasmus programme.The aim is to educate young leaders able to work in international teams and being interculturally aware. Students are encouraged to go abroad for studies, traineeships and language training as well as for doing research at partner and non-partner institutions abroad. By implementing this Erasmus project, the university was able to achieve its goal to easily exchange students and thus foster internationalisation at home.
