With the implementation of the project 2023 (KA131), we aimed, as part of our internationalization strategy, to enhance the international profile of our students and university staff. Our main goal was to provide as many interested students as possible with international learning experiences and to create incentives for mobility abroad through an attractive range of university partnerships in selected European countries. Through knowledge exchange, the quality of higher education was to be improved, and openness and tolerance promoted. Another important goal is the development of linguistic as well as intercultural competencies of our students and staff, in order to meet the demands of the globally operating job market. Across projects, we have always prioritized specifically promoting disadvantaged groups, thereby making an important contribution to the issue of inclusion at our university.
