The main goal of this project was to support international mobility for both students and staff at the Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg (HfMN). For students, the objectives included gaining study abroad experiences, improving their artistic and professional skills, enhancing adaptability to new situations, learning about different cultures, increasing their confidence and intercultural competence, and developing a better understanding of societal diversity, among others. For staff, the project offered opportunities for teaching and training abroad to further develop their skills, share knowledge with international partners, and strengthen intercultural exchange. We also aimed to make mobility accessible for everyone, including participants with special needs. Overall, the project contributed to strengthening international cooperation, improving participants’ skills, and increasing the university’s visibility within the Erasmus+ program.
