As a young institution (founded in 2009), Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences seeks to enable its students to spend extended periods of time abroad. That is why all Bachelor's degree programmes comprise a one-semester mobility window, the so-called Praxis-/Auslandssemester (Practical Semester/Semester Abroad). The Erasmus+ programme is one of the core drivers to help us facilitate our main goal of enabling student mobility - generally speaking, but also specifically within each individual mobility window. A big share of the SMP-Mobilities we are able to support financially are only possible because of the funding provided to each student by the program. Furthermore, we seek to build and strengthen international partnerships with Universities across the Erasmus programme countries we cooperate with. At the end of the day, we want to enrich our students lives by helping them put their plans of mobilities abroad into practice.
