Participation in the Erasmus+ program had an extremely positive impact on Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH). As a result, university partnerships in teaching and research were qualitatively improved. This continuously provided university members, whether students as part of their studies or staff in teaching, research, technology, and administration, with better opportunities for education and training. Against this backdrop, a central goal of LUH within the Erasmus+ generation 2021-2027 was to significantly increase the mobility of students and staff, in order to offer these opportunities to more university members. With the 2023 project, the first conducted after the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic, LUH took concrete steps to consistently pursue this goal.
