During the implementation of this project, Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences aimed to strengthen its international profile by encouraging both students and staff to engage in experiences abroad, whether through academic exchanges, internships, or short-term stays. The objective was not only to enrich participants’ academic and personal development, but also to enhance their intercultural and professional competences. At the Centre for Internationalisation and Languages, we worked intensively to restore mobility levels to those prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, reactivating international partnerships and providing close support to our university community. We are proud that the results of the 2023 project reflect these efforts, demonstrating clear progress towards consolidating the university as an open, global, and inclusive institution.
