The aim was to strengthen digital and intercultural skills to better respond to growing diversity and ongoing technological change. Learners were expected to benefit from confident and well-prepared teachers using modern, learner-centred methods. At the same time, the project aimed to improve the way disadvantaged groups are supported and to sustainably increase staff satisfaction and engagement. It was designed to provide fresh impulses and new ideas for both teaching and organ.practice.
