We want to achieve the qualification and professionalisation of our educators through the implementation in order to be able to better meet the needs and challenges related to sustainable living in a professional and methodological way. Educational events should be expanded and improved upon in order to reach more learners and provide them with better training. Furthermore an expansion of international and national networking to meet the needs and challenges of association.
Our educators do various educational seminars and activities with a broad scope of topics including sustainable development. This project was done in this context wanting to improve the skills and knowledge of our educators about sustainable development. In HochVier there is a need to deal more intensively with the topic of sustainability, stimulated by the desire of the educators and the need for more events on this topic expressed by learners. Therefore specialized training is needed.
