1. Improve our educators’ skills in inclusive education for marginalised communities; 2. Increase our educators’ competence to support our beneficiaries to take social entrepreneurial initiative in developing community led projects in the arts and culture sector; and 3. Replenish our educators’ skill sets on workplace resilience and sustainability to create a more holistic curriculum in our current programs as well as develop new trainings on these topics.
New Visions (NV) design and facilitate high-quality, engaging, holistic workshops and trainings to individuals and organisations working in the cultural and art field. We offer adult education in the form of unique workshops tailored to the specific needs of communities and organisations we work with. We are always looking for space to improve and update our programmes and pedagogy curriculum as well as expand our collaboration network. This is what we set out to do with this project.
