“Level Up” aimed to enhance staff skills and foster ongoing acquisition of pan-European projects as a permanent part of the organisation. The networking opportunities of the project aimed at strengthening partnerships, boosting future proposal success. Staff empowerment through training was meant to boost morale, retention, and organisational growth, shaping the foundation's direction.
Stiftung Digitale Chancen (short: SDC) is a Berlin-based foundation addressing a variety of target groups with projects in the areas of digital society, digital inclusion and digital competence. SDC works on both national and European level and has been involved in several Erasmus+ projects. After a significant growth in staff in the last three years, the project “Level Up” was part of the foundation’s efforts to train new staff members.
