The project aimed to improve the green skills and environmental literacy of adult learners and educators. Our objectives were to adapt to the developing green labour market in Germany, to promote personal and professional growth, and to expose COPERNICUS staff to innovative teaching methods. By working with RNUN in Estonia, we aimed to provide practical, hands-on learning experiences and to promote sustainable practices and lifelong learning in adult education.
Our project "Earth-Friendly Adulthood" is managed by COPERNICUS Berlin, an NGO specialising in adult education. It aims to improve green skills and ecological competencies, and to respond to the growing demand for sustainability skills in the German labour market. In partnership with Nooruse Maja (RNUN) in Estonia, this project facilitates learning mobility and skills development, reflecting our commitment to lifelong learning and sustainable development.
