The project was initiated to increase the quality of teaching, to further advance digitalization, to reduce sickness rates and to give trainees an experience abroad. These goals increase the attractiveness of the school and set it apart from other vocational schools in the region. The focus of every mobility is to develop the school positively, to make it more attractive to companies/high schools and to attract even more students in the future.
Our school is a commercial vocational school and offers various apprenticeships and full-time courses. There wasn't a single project, but rather many smaller ones. Colleagues were given the chance to take part in mobilities that would improve the quality of the facility. Not just related to teaching, but also to networking within the school and to external providers. Trainees were given the opportunity to gain experience abroad.
