The implementation of the project successfully promoted the individual competence development of the participants. They gained valuable job-related experience in an international environment. In addition to language development and the acquisition of intercultural competencies, the focus was also on the topic of Europe. Understanding the values of the EU and European awareness were deepened both through the international placement itself and through project work with international companies.
The project successfully promoted the early qualification of skilled workers and integrated international experiences into training. Companies and vocational schools engaged intensively with the topic. Positive examples inspired further participants, leading to the long-term integration of international learning stays into existing training processes. The applicant was able to expand their activities and network, thereby supporting more participants.
