During their internship, trainees should gain interesting and new perspectives, apply them to their work and living environments, and present their perspectives on the diverse lifestyles of other peoples without prejudice. They should be able to share their learning and impressions and act as motivators for an internship abroad. Their attitudes toward shaping and preserving the environment should be challenged, and their new knowledge should be applied in the workplace and social settings.
The content, mission, and objectives of the project are derived from the structure of our educational institution. We create opportunities and conditions in rural areas to link European values (social, ecological, and environmental standards) with subject-specific vocational training content. This primarily ensures that European goals and the European spirit are incorporated into the training and continuing education process and promotes internationality in rural areas.
