During the three-week educational stay, participating trainees will apply and expand their Spanish language skills and complete a work placement at a local company. This will give them a better understanding of the Spanish economy and culture and encourage them to be flexible and mobile in their working lives. We place particular emphasis on the development and application of social skills such as teamwork and willingness to compromise.
