We want to give trainees and employees of AÜ throughout Germany the opportunity to gain international experience and new professional skills: -Raising awareness of mobility and reducing existing mobility barriers and cultural obstacles/prejudices -Expanding and applying language and professional knowledge -Improving the attractiveness and performance of initial vocational training -Recognition of skills and qualifications -Including risk groups
The Überlingen Academy (AÜ) is an educational institution with close links to business, regional roots and excellent European connections. We have already carried out numerous transnational measures (IdA, MobiPro, Leonardo da Vinci and WiSo) with teenagers and young adults. We have been well established as an Erasmus+ project sponsor and sending organisation since 2008. We have been active as a host institution since 2011.
