The aim of the project was to give apprentices/staff in the sector crafts the opportunity to acquire a recognised additional qualification through a practice learning/training activity in another European country. The (training) companies should benefit from this added value. For the HWK Potsdam, the aim was to offer high-quality mobilities, to utilise the results obtained in a target-oriented manner - with the involvement of SMEs/partners - for its work in order to expand offers in the future.
The HWK Potsdam is responsible to support its member companies (SMEs) in their personnel and economic challenges, such as the recruitment/retention of skilled labour and sustainable management. Mobility activities for learners and staff enable a qualification process and the acquisition of an international competence. For the HWK Potsdam, the aim is to further develop the international work and to implement mobilities in the vocational education and training.
