Objectives

With this project, we wanted to enable learners with limited opportunities to improve their chances on the regional job market. Being part of a new team in a new place with different cultural conditions and engaging in a learning process has greatly increased the personal development of the learners. Specialist staff should learn about many new tools and implementation options in relation to the digitalization of vocational training for people with disabilities.

Background

Hamburger Arbeitsassistenz supports people with learning difficulties on their professional path to work in the general labor market. As part of short-term mobility, we enable learners to complete an internship abroad in order to expand their professional qualifications through new experiences and, in particular, experience abroad. For specialist staff, short-term mobility has enabled job shadowing to expand their expertise in the field of digitalization in teaching
