With this project, we wanted to promote good cooperation with new English-speaking partners and ensure the successful secondment of trainees in the education and healthcare sectors. It was important to create a level playing field by including socially vulnerable and disadvantaged participants. The focus was on education and social responsibility, as well as promoting European identity and values through intercultural exchange.
The Akademie Klausenhof is an educational institution that promotes professional development and social integration. By sending trainees in the education and healthcare sectors to other European countries, the participants are given the opportunity to gain practical experience in an international context. The academy acts as a coordinator, establishes contacts from the international network, prepares the participants for their secondment and promotes intercultural learning.
