The main objectives were to strengthen initial vocational training and to enhance vocational education by incorporating opportunities for mobility abroad. By reinforcing vocational training programs, the project aimed to counteract the declining number of apprentices. Additionally, the project sought to overcome national educational boundaries, strengthen participants' intercult. competencies as well as their individual and professional skills, and expand networks to promote the European vision.
For us at BilSE Institute, the purpose of the ERASMUS+ initiative is to promote collaboration in the fields of education and careers in alignment with the European vision. Individual professional experiences abroad help people in Europe develop intercultural skills and increase their employment prospects. In this context, we support the empowerment of disadvantaged individuals. Furthermore, we aim to strengthen European values and make our society more inclusive.
