DEHOGA Brandenburg also pursued the goal of promoting the internationalisation of vocational training in the hospitality industry in the long term. During study visits to Greece, Italy and Spain, teachers, trainers and decision-makers from Brandenburg had the opportunity to learn about innovative training concepts from other European partner countries and to derive ideas for the further development of their own training strategies.
The HOGAVET project strengthened the internationalisation of education and training in Brandenburg's hospitality industry. Through study visits, partnerships and digital learning formats, DEHOGA Brandenburg worked with European partners to develop new ideas for sustainable, practical training strategies. The aim was to promote skilled workers, establish exchange programmes and improve quality and excellence in vocational training.
